Dr. Mutawakilu is a distinguished neurosurgeon and senior lecturer at the University of Ghana Medical School. With a wealth of experience, he has served as the Board Chairman of Tamale Teaching Hospital and previously headed the Neurosurgery Department at Korle-bu Teaching Hospital.
